Graphic Village Honored with Thirteen 2022 Print Excellence Awards

Graphic Village is proud to announce that we were recently honored with thirteen 2022 Print Excellence Awards from Graphic Media Alliance at the Southern Region Awards Reception, held March 10th at the Moerlein Lager House.

Each year, Graphic Media Alliance holds itsย Print Excellence Awardsย competition to recognize Ohio, Michigan and northern Kentucky printers who have demonstrated excellence in 36 categories, with two out-of-region expert judges ranking them in a regional competition. This yearโ€™s judges were longtime Premier Print Award judges, Ken Eberhart (retired, Merrick Printing, Louisville, KY), and Jeff Ekstein (Willow Printing Group, Ontario, Canada), who ranked them in both regional and state-wide competition.

For his first time overseeing the Print Excellence Awards judging, Graphic Media Alliance President, Andrew Schall, was in awe of the process. โ€œThe level of detail in which our judges review each entry is profound; in many cases, our judges found it challenging to pick a winner. Ken and Jeffโ€™s combined expertise spans more than 75 years in the printing industry. The Print Excellence Awards showcases our finest offerings in Ohio, Michigan, and N. Kentucky, and this year did not disappoint. As demonstrated in this yearโ€™s contest, our members continue to innovate, ensuring a bright future for our industry and our Association.โ€

All of the Gold award winners in the regional competition are entered in an association-wide competition for Best of Category and Best of Show prizes that will be awarded in August at the 2022 Grand Ceremony sponsored by Millcraft.

Graphic Village won the following 2022 Print Excellence Awards:

    • 9 Gold Awards
    • 3 Silver Awards
    • 1 Peopleโ€™s Choice Award

Awards like this are only possible by having clients who partner with us to expertly execute their vision. Such relationships are a wonderful experience for everyone involved; and, with each project, challenge the Graphic Village team to learn new techniques and processes while creatively enhancing our skills. Thank you to the University of Cincinnati, Xavier University, Cincinnati Museum Center, Brown-Forman, Hundred Percent Labs, CET/PBS, LOTH, Inc., Bank of the Bluegrass & Trust Co., Castellini Co. and Crossroads Church for your business, passion, cooperation and the opportunity to help elevate your brands.
