Allison Kahn

Allison began her career in Equity Research at Lehman Brothers, JP Morgan and Schroders in New York City. After her move to San Francisco, she joined Charles Schwab where she rose to Vice President in the Schwab Center for Financial Research. During her tenure at Schwab, she helped launch Schwab Equity Ratings and crafted policies used throughout the brokerage network. Since moving to Cincinnati in 2009, she has worked at Kardol Quality Products and Graphic Village helping to shape strategy, strengthen culture and improve processes. Allison earned a BA from Cornell University, an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a CFA charterholder. She serves on the board of Lighthouse Youth and Family Services and helps support other local organizations. She currently resides with her husband and daughters in Cincinnati, Ohio.
