Graphic Village Acquires Dayton-Based DMS ink

Acquisition adds sophisticated, personalized communications capabilities.

Graphic Village announced today that it has acquired DMSย inkย (formerly Dayton Mailing Services), located in Yellow Springs, OH. The Yellow Springs facility will continue to operate, under theย Graphic Villageย name.

Rooted in its direct-mailing expertise, DMSย inkย delivers sophisticated, personalized communications through its automated tools for targeted marketing. Graphic Village will maintain and grow the facilityโ€™s well-established qualifications (e.g. HIPAA) regarding the management of personal health and financial information. DMSย inkย also serves several other sectors, including: retail, political, energy, automotive, non-profit, education and many others requiring full project management of material acquisitions, complex data programming, just-in-time digital printing, marketing automation and fulfillment services.

“Weโ€™re excited to add DMSย inkย to Graphic Village,โ€ said Eric Kahn, Executive Chairman of Graphic Village. โ€œStrategically, this expands our capabilities, scale and regional footprint.โ€

โ€œWeโ€™re excited to add DMSย inkย to Graphic Village,โ€ said Eric Kahn, Executive Chairman of Graphic Village. โ€œStrategically, this expands our capabilities, scale and regional footprint.โ€ Mike Nold, CEO of Graphic Village echoed, โ€œThe addition of DMSย inkย further cements Graphic Villageโ€™s role as a leader in personalized mailing solutions, adding to our unique ability to delight our clients with an array of brand strategy, design, comprehensive printing, large format displays, packaging, apparel, and fulfillment solutions.โ€

The DMSย inkย brand will be phased out, and the companyโ€™s leadership and employees will become Graphic Village employees operating at its current Yellow Springs location. Former DMSย inkย owner, Christine Soward, will stay on as Vice-President of Business Development for mailing solutions.

โ€œWhat we do is such a complement to Graphic Village, itโ€™s truly a natural fit,โ€ said Soward. โ€œIโ€™m happy to be able to continue serving our customers and offering them additional services as part of Graphic Village.โ€

This acquisition continues the growth of Graphic Village, recognized as the 16th fastest growing Cincinnati-region company in the 2019 Cincinnati Business Courierย โ€œFast 55 Awards.โ€ย It also represents the 14th acquisition of Revitalize Capital, Graphic Villageโ€™s parent company.
